Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of the Artificial Intelligence risk engines of the AIQURIS ® platform. This entails translating requirements from relevant regulation, standards, and academic literature into AIQURIS ® algorithms that drive the AIQURIS ® platform.

• Collaborate with product managers, partner managers, and engineers to define project requirements, objectives, and success criteria.

• Lead delivery of AIQURIS ® services for customers.

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs and requirements, and tailor AI solutions to meet their specific use cases.

• Stay up to date with AI regulation, standards and state-of-the-art of AI.

• Contribute to the development of international policies and standards.

• Provide thought leadership on international events, relevant industry consortia and academic conferences.

• Contribute to the implementation of AI-driven features and functionalities to generate requirements, parse evidence, test AI systems and qualify conformance.

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and innovation within the team.

Qualifications:

• Master's, or Ph.D. degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.

• 8 years of experience in software development, with a focus on artificial intelligence and machine learning.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C++, and experience with relevant libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, methodologies, and techniques, with hands-on experience in model development, training, and evaluation.

• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and pipeline development for machine learning workflows.

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. Colab, Azure) to deploy and manage multi-gpu AI systems.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable and efficient AI solutions.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

• Proven track record of delivering high-quality AI solutions and driving innovation in AI technology.
